Terms of Service

Scalp Sentry is operated by Nanas Labs LLC. In these Terms, "Scalp Sentry," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Nanas Labs LLC and the Scalp Sentry service.

By accessing or using Scalp Sentry, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You may use Scalp Sentry only if you can form a legally binding contract under applicable law. Scalp Sentry is not directed to children under 13, and you may not use the service if you are under 13. If you are at least 13 but under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service complies with laws that apply to you.

Scalp Sentry is a shampoo review and recommendation experience that helps users record product outcomes, compare shampoos, request catalog additions, and view product guidance based on review history and product information.

The service may support anonymous browser-based use, optional sign-in, saved review history, recommendation previews, product request tracking, retailer links, and related features.

We may add, remove, modify, or limit features as the service evolves.

Scalp Sentry provides general informational product guidance only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or professional health recommendations.

Recommendation results, scalp profile signals, product comparisons, ingredient notes, product details, and retailer information may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or not suitable for your individual situation.

Product effects vary by person. You are responsible for checking product labels, ingredient lists, directions, warnings, patch testing where appropriate, and consulting a qualified professional when you have medical concerns, allergies, sensitivities, adverse reactions, or questions about whether a product is appropriate for you.

Scalp Sentry may allow you to use parts of the service without signing in. Anonymous or browser-based use may rely on cookies, local storage, or similar browser storage to maintain review history, recommendation progress, product requests, and related state on the same browser or device.

If you later sign in, we may attempt to merge browser-based history into your authenticated account. Account merge, recovery, and continuity are not guaranteed.

If you clear browser storage, block storage, change devices or browsers, lose access to the browser environment, or use private browsing modes, anonymous records may be unavailable, unrecoverable, or unable to merge into an account.

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of information you submit, including product selections, ratings, dates used, scalp concern tags, notes, feedback, product requests, retailer URLs, images, ingredient text, and other content.

You retain ownership of your submissions.

You give Scalp Sentry a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, analyze, display, and otherwise use your submissions only as needed to operate, provide, secure, troubleshoot, personalize, improve, and develop the service, including generating recommendations, product signals, catalog improvements, support responses, and aggregated or de-identified insights.

We may remove, refuse, restrict, or disable access to submissions that we believe are unlawful, harmful, spam, abusive, misleading, infringing, or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms or the service.

You must not misuse Scalp Sentry or help anyone else misuse it.

Scalp Sentry, including its interface, branding, logos, design, software, recommendation logic, data structures, compiled content, product organization, and other service materials, is owned by Nanas Labs LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property and other laws.

These Terms do not give you ownership of the service or permission to use our names, marks, branding, software, data, or content except as needed to use Scalp Sentry for its intended personal, non-commercial purpose.

If you send us feedback, ideas, or suggestions, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation to you.

Scalp Sentry may display links to brands, retailers, product pages, external websites, or third-party services. These third parties are not controlled by Nanas Labs LLC, and we are not responsible for their products, services, content, prices, availability, shipping, returns, policies, or practices.

If you buy a product through a third-party retailer or website, your purchase relationship is with that third party, not with Nanas Labs LLC.

Some links may be affiliate, referral, sponsored, or monetized links. Any such relationship does not change that product choice, label review, and purchase decisions remain your responsibility.

We aim to operate Scalp Sentry reliably, but we do not guarantee that the service will be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Features, recommendation behavior, product data, account flows, retailer links, content, and availability may change, be interrupted, be limited, or be discontinued at any time.

We may perform maintenance, suspend functionality, or stop providing all or part of the service without liability to you, subject to applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scalp Sentry is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

Nanas Labs LLC disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, security, and that the service or any recommendation, product information, or third-party link will meet your needs or expectations.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nanas Labs LLC and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, business interruption, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of those damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims relating to the service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of 100 US dollars or the amount you paid to Nanas Labs LLC for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, non-waivable statutory rights, personal injury where liability cannot be limited by law, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Nanas Labs LLC and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of the service, your submissions, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your infringement or misuse of another person's rights.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to all or part of Scalp Sentry if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for the service or other users, submitted unlawful or harmful content, or used the service in a way that could expose Nanas Labs LLC or others to liability.

You may stop using the service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, user content license, warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute provisions, will survive.

These Terms and any dispute relating to them or the service are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Subject to any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law, you and Nanas Labs LLC agree that disputes relating to these Terms or the service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and each party consents to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the last updated date and provide additional notice when appropriate.

Your continued use of Scalp Sentry after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the service.
